PKR3 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PKR3 online gaming platform available at pkr3.win ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

PKR3 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. PKR3 may request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory proof is not provided when requested, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

Each individual may hold only one account on PKR3. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms. PKR3 will close duplicate accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow any other person to access your account. PKR3 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials private.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact PKR3 support immediately so your account can be secured.

PKR3 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and standard bank transfer. You may also use bank cards and mobile wallets where available through the Deposit section.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments made from accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of the Platform and may be updated at any time.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and may be extended during verification periods.
• PKR3 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Deposits made using active bonus offers must meet the stated wagering requirements before the associated bonus amount can be withdrawn.

PKR3 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank for details of any applicable fees on their end.

PKR3 offers a range of promotions including the welcome bonus, daily reload offers, weekly cashback, seasonal cricket promotions, and VIP rewards. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your account balance upon meeting the qualifying conditions, typically a minimum deposit.
• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. The requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses not used within their stated expiry period are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, system manipulation, or multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account closure.

All games available on PKR3 — including slots, live casino tables, fish games, and sports betting — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino and sports, through real-time outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) figures displayed on slot and fish game titles are the verified published figures from the game providers.

By playing on PKR3, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Gaming involves financial risk. You may lose all of the money you deposit and wager.
• Past game outcomes do not influence or predict future results.

Sports betting markets on PKR3 are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body. Cricket results follow decisions from the relevant cricket board; PSL results follow the PCB's official records. In the event of a dispute over a result, PKR3's decision on settlement is final.

PKR3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

• Providing false registration information including age, name, or identity.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of these Terms.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including collusion or multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome offers.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or third-party software to interact with the Platform.
• Fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Any activity that PKR3 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activity.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance — including both deposited funds and bonus credits — may be forfeited. PKR3 will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Real-money balances held at the time of closure, net of any active bonus amounts, will be returned to your verified payment method.

All content on the PKR3 platform — including but not limited to the logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and code — is the property of PKR3 or its content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the Platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from PKR3. Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only.

• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind.

In the event of a genuine technical error that results in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — PKR3 reserves the right to correct the balance once the error is identified. Winnings paid in error do not become the property of the player.
